How Hoodia Works

Hoodia mimics glucose

When you eat, your body breaks down carbohydrates into glucose, which is nothing more than basic sugar. Our bodies need glucose to function properly. When there is sufficient glucose in your blood, your brain’s receptors receive signals that tell it your stomach is full. The P57 molecule found in Hoodia mimics glucose and evidence indicates that it may be as much as 10,000 times more potent than glucose!

Shortly after taking Hoodia, you will feel less hungry and have fewer cravings. This feeling will last for several hours. With continous use, you will feel less hungry all of the time and eat smaller portions. Studies have shown that regularly taking Hoodia may help you decrease your caloric intake up to 1,000 to 2,000 calories per day, depending on your current weight.

Hoodia is safe

Hoodia has safely been used by the indigenous people of South Africa for thousands of years. In all current studies, no adverse side effects have been found. Hoodia can be safely taken by all healthy people. However, if you have diabetes, are pregnant, or have any other serious medical condition, you should not take Hoodia. If you have any other concerns, contact your medical provider.

As long as you continue to take Hoodia, you will have a caloric deficiency, which is necessary for fat loss (not just weight loss). While taking Hoodia, you do not need to change your diet to experience fat loss. However, you will accelerate your results by exercising at least three times a week for at least 30 min. and following a balanced diet.
